1. All disputes subject to Ranchi Jurisdiction.

2. All communications should be addressed to the Principal

3. The Principal reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to decline any application, or to request the removal of a student if she considers it to be in best interests of the school.

4. Original transfer certificate and photocopy of the birth certificate to be submitted at the time of admission.

5. Day scholars who do not attend school on a particular day must bring an application from their parents stating reason for absence and Medical Certificate if the absence was due to Medical reasons.

6. Conversation in English – During the school hours but for Hindi classes the students are informed to converse in English which is essential in developing communicative skill in English. Other than Hindi period in the class and in the campus and also in the bus English must be the spoken language: if not spot fine will be charged.

7 Once a student enters the school, he/she will not be permitted to visitors nor be allowed to leave the

premises unless it is for a very genuinely urgent reason. However school will not be responsible for the

student who leave the premises without permission Once school begins (ie as soon as assembly starts) all the entrances/exits to the campus will be sealed. The principal and staff or students will entertain no visitors thereafter until the end of the school day B

9. The Principal will entertain visitors by prior appointment on week days between 9.00am to 10.00am, dindon

Rules no 8 and 9 have been made in the best interest of your ward/ child, so that the Principal

and staff have enough time to get on with the business of educating your children with the minimum

disturbance to the school curriculum 10. No student will be permitted to repeat a class more than once. He/She will have to discontinue his/her studies in school 11 Students entering or suspected of entering into any activity which would be detrimental to the school, who

have undesirable habits which would affect other children or who by way affect the smooth running of the

school or its prestige will be immediately restricted without a character certificate

12 Parents who insists that their children’s marks be changed or that their children be promoted are “warned

that their child’s name will be immediately struck off from the school rolls as this is most undesirable

practice. In all questions of promotion or of failure the principal decision is final

13. No. parents may enter into any agreement of private tuition with any teacher of the school without prior

sanction of the Principal

14 Your child’s conduct will be monitored by a card system Yellow Cord-Ist warning Green Card-2nd warning and issue of Pink Card will mean immediate withdrawal of your ward 15. Any day scholars found to be carrying letters or buying things for the boarders without the permission of the Principal is liable to be expelled.

16 No Cell Phone or undesirable things are to be kept by the students within the class room/school campus, to do so will be considered a serious offence and they will be rusticated
