💳 Option 1: Pay Fee Without Login

Parents can pay the pending school fee directly through the EduQfix PayDirect Portal without logging in.

Step-by-Step Payment Process

1. Open the EduQfix PayDirect Portal
   Click the Pay School Fee Online button above.
2. Select your School/Institute and Branch
   Choose the correct school and branch from the available options.
3. Enter your student details
   • Student Registration Code / Unique ID
   • Mobile Number
   • Email Address
4. Click Submit
   Submit the entered student information.
5. Check your pending fee
   Your pending or due fee will be displayed. Select the fee or installment you want to pay.
6. Check the Payment Summary
   Carefully check the fee amount and payment details, then click Proceed.
7. Select your payment method
   • UPI
   • Debit Card
   • Credit Card
   • Net Banking
8. Complete the payment
   Complete the payment through the secure payment gateway.
9. Save your payment receipt
   After successful payment, save the receipt sent to your registered mobile number or email.

🔐 Option 2: Pay Fee Using Your Login

Parents who already have an EduQfix account can pay their pending school fee through their login dashboard.

Step-by-Step Payment Process

1. Open the EduQfix User Login Portal.
2. Enter your Username and Password
   Enter your login details and click Submit.
3. Open your dashboard
   After login, open your dashboard and click Pay Now.
4. Select the pending fee/dues
   Select the fee or dues you want to pay and click Submit.
5. Check the Payment Summary
   Carefully review the payment details and click Proceed.
6. Select your preferred payment method
   Choose your preferred payment method and complete the required bank/payment verification.
7. Save your payment receipt
   After successful payment, save the payment receipt for future reference.

⚠️ Important Instructions for Parents

• Please enter the correct Student ID/Registration Code and mobile number.
• Check the student name, fee amount and payment details before making the payment.
• Do not refresh or close the payment page while the transaction is being processed.
• Always save the payment receipt after successful payment.
• If money is deducted but the payment status is not updated, do not make another payment immediately. Check the transaction status or contact the school/EduQfix support.
